2009 Cam Pendleton Mud Run

This is a 10k with large hills, fire hoses, mud, water, tunnels, mud, walls, mud
We have run this 3 years straight and taken 1st each time. We also had girls team who did extremely well.
If not to compete, do it for the experience.
